This Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Use govern your use of the GamingToday.com website only.
By clicking on the "I AGREE" button at the bottom of this Agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you choose the "I DISAGREE" button, you will not be able to complete your registration and will not be able to use the website.
Changes
We may change this Agreement from time to time and will post the revised terms on this website. By continuing to use this website after changes are made you signify acceptance of the changes.
Privacy
Registration and other information provided by you during the subscription process are subject to our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy so you understand how your information is used.
Copyright
All of the information on this website belongs to Dirson Enterprises, Inc., publisher of GamingToday.com, and/or its affiliates and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. As a subscriber you are granted access to the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not make any changes whatsoever in any manner to any material on this website. You may occasionally download, print or email a single item for your personal, non-commercial use. Registration
In order to subscribe to GT FREE or GT PLUS you must fill out the registration form, including all required fields, and agree to be bound by this Subscription Agreement. If you do not fill in the required fields or do not click on the "I AGREE" button, your registration will not be processed and you will not be able to use the website. The information in the registration form is used to create your Account Information file.
Payment
If you subscribe to the GT PLUS Portion of the website, you agree to pay for this service in advance at the rate in effect when you sign up. Fees are non-refundable unless we state otherwise in writing. Fees may be paid with credit card through our website.
Renewal
Paid subscriptions will renew automatically at the rate in effect at the time of renewal. Fees will be automatically billed at the beginning of the renewal period to the credit card you provided when you registered. If you wish to change your credit card information you need to edit your Account Information. Your subscription will renew for a like term. If your subscription was for a period longer than one month, you will receive an email at least 30 days prior to the renewal date notifying you of the upcoming renewal. If you wish to change the term of your subscription, you must notify us by emailing subscription@GamingToday.com before it renews, receipt of which must be confirmed by email reply from us. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must notify us by emailing subscription@GamingToday.com before it renews in order to avoid renewal charges to your credit card, receipt of which must be confirmed by email reply from us. After your subscription has been renewed, you will receive a confirmation email telling you that we have charged your credit card.
Termination
Dirson reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time without notice. If Dirson terminates your subscription and you have paid fees for usage, the unused portion of your fees will be refunded.
