Media reports from New Jersey indicate the owners of the shuttered Atlantic Club casino in Atlantic City have found a prospective buyer for the property.

Previously known as the Golden Nugget, Bally's, the Atlantic City Hilton and ACH Casino Resort, the Atlantic Club went out of business on Jan. 13, 2014.

The current owners, TJM Properties, have not disclosed the purchaser or the sale price for the vacant building, reports the PressofAtlanticCity.com.

Two previous deals to buy the property have fallen through. One proposal would have turned the Atlantic Club into a water park.

TJM, based in Clearwater, Fla. bought the Atlantic Club for $13.5 million in 2014.
