VIP NBA Basketball's Dirty Dozen | The worst NBA teams against the spread coupled with bonehead decisions.
LeBron James is having a career season for Cleveland only the MVP talk is more about Most Volatile Person.
King James absolutely went off on his teammates during a 34-point demolition at Toronto on Thursday after a previous 28-point blowout loss to Minnesota. You really can’t blame LeBron for losing his cool, but it makes the Cavaliers look divided and his coach appear weak.
Of course, our Dirty Dozen panel loves implosions and the Cavs are certainly living up to their No. 1 ranking as the worst team in the NBA against the spread. What lies ahead? Well, we’ve heard the rumors of LeBron contemplating retirement which would be silly, or maybe seeking another departure from Cleveland which would be dilly.
Who wouldn’t want LeBron? Imagine him at Golden State. That wouldn’t be fair. The NBA would love James on the Knicks and he does wear that Yankees cap a lot. And who wouldn’t want to play in Madison Square Garden?
OK, enough with the speculation. Let’s talk facts. Boston is currently the best team in the East and Toronto a surprising No. 2 with a bullet. DeMar DeRosan is getting a lot of love these days as an MVP candidate at very attractive odds of 12-1.
