Riviera benefits local children with annual 'Toy D-RIV-E'

Riviera Hotel Casino Las Vegas Holiday Season Annual Toy drive for HELP of Southern Nevada Tis the season for giving – and receiving!

Riviera: The famed hotel/casino is proud to benefit local children in need and help spread the gift of laughter this holiday season with the “Toy D-RIV-E.” All Las Vegas locals who drop off a new, unwrapped toy (minimum value $10) to the Box Office will receive a complimentary ticket to an upcoming comedy show at the Comedy Club.

Donated toys will go directly toward the 15th Annual 98.5 KLUC Toy Drive, benefitting HELP of Southern Nevada. Toys will be accepted at the Box Office through this Saturday and there is a one-ticket maximum per person. All shows begin at 8:30 p.m. and guests must be 21 or older with a valid ID. LVH: A benefit concert for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program, sponsored by Cadillac of Las Vegas will be held this Saturday, Dec. 14. The event will be hosted this year by popular Las Vegas entertainer Clint Holmes along with his wife Kelly Clinton. Chris Phillips and violinist, Lydia Ansel, of Zowie Bowie are co-hosts.

The theme of this year’s event is “Las Vegas Loves The Beatles” and features the entertainers performing their favorite Fab Four songs, as well as their favorite holiday tunes. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the box office. The concert is at 7 p.m. in the showroom. The celebrity red carpet will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the doors will open at 6.

Caesars Palace: Trevi inside The Forum Shops is offering a complimentary gelato dessert for each toy donated for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation through this Tuesday. Generous donors who bring a new, unwrapped toy will receive a free scoop of Pastry Chef Hank Sbraccia’s house-made signature gelato. The offer is valid for one dessert per-customer, per-donation.

NFR: From now until Saturday all National Finals Rodeo attendees who wear their cowboy boots and/or hats to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas will receive $8 off admission. These guests will be among the first to see the attraction’s new fully immersive Marvel 4D Theater.

The new theater now enables guests to see Thor, Iron Man, Captain America and Spider-Man save the world from destruction. The theater is the grand finale to the attraction’s renovation. The all-new attraction now offers an array of show-stopping new interactive experiences and a selection of newly added A-list celebrities for every fan.
