Ark. panel opts for moratorium against keno licensing An Arkansas Senate panel has decided that rather than ban additional gaming in that state it should opt for a moratorium against the licensing of keno until at least next spring.

The action prohibits the state lottery from introducing keno games until at least March 13, 2015. The move was identical to one taken by a House panel earlier in the week.
