South Point poker continues Bounty tourneys

Throughout February, South Point Casino’s poker room will continue to host daily No-Limit Texas Hold’em Bounty tournaments every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 10 a.m., 2 and 7 p.m.; and every Wednesday and Sunday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Poker players have the opportunity to participate in each Bounty tournament for a $60 buy-in that includes $4,500 in tournament chips with unlimited re-entry until the first break.

The casino also features a No-Limit Texas Hold’em Deep-Stack event every Wednesday and Sunday at 6 p.m. The $100 buy-in includes $7,500 in chips.

Players can also receive an additional $2,500 in chips for a $10 add-on with unlimited re-entry until the first break.

Hard Rock

A variety of poker promotions will be held throughout the week. All quads and straight flushes receive $75, available daily. Bonus High Hands are also available daily.

No Limit Texas Hold ‘em Tournament is available noon-8 p.m. daily. At noon the buy-in is $45 for 5,000 in tournament chips. At 8 p.m. it is a $35 buy-in for 4,000 in tournament chips with $10 re-buys for 2,000 in tournament chips.

Aces Cracked is available 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pocket aces beaten receives $100.

$100 Hourly High Hand is available 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Highest hand of the hour receives $100.

Golden Nugget

Play your hand in No Limit Texas Hold’em in the poker room’s daily tournaments, which include two $65 buy-ins at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. and two $45 buy-ins at 3 and 10 p.m. Compete in a special Sunday event at 11 a.m. featuring a $125 buy-in and a $5,000 guaranteed prize pool. The Florida Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee will host the 2016 Poker Challenge from March 8 to 13. The six-day series features two primary events, including the history-making $200,000 guaranteed, $1,650 buy-in main event.

Additionally, the main event is part of the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Player of the Year race. All Main Event participants accrue points toward the 10-tournament race. The top 20 point earners following the Open (set to take place August 2016) earn prize packages with the winner pocketing a package worth $44,000.

Preceding the Main Event will be a $350 No Limit Hold’em re-entry tournament with a $50,000 guarantee. This unique event features four starting flights, 25,000-chip starting stacks and permits unlimited re-entry.
