The World Poker Tour (WPT) has announced it’s joining forces with the Japan Poker Union Corp to hold a special four-day event in Tokyo in November.
The event will be the WPT’s first tournament in Japan and will conducted from Nov. 23-26th. Qualifying rounds are slated for local poker clubs.
“The World Poker Tour is honored to partner with the Japan Poker Union Corporation for this momentous occasion,” said Adam Pliska, CEO of the World Poker Tour.
Among the prizes for all WPT Japan events are entry packages to future WPT events.
