Celebrities on hand for MGM poker tournament

Sam's Town PokerThis Saturday, comedian/actor, Brad Garrett will host a Celebrity Poker Tournament to benefit the Maximum Hope Foundation. The tourney will be held next to the Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill with registration starting at 9 a.m. and “cards in the air” at noon. The buy-in is $250 with $100 re-buys and add-ons. Purchase two re-buys in advance and get the third free! The event features a $10,000 Grand Prize and brunch is being donated by Wolfgang Puck.

Sam’s Town

Poker room players can earn High Hand bonuses all summer long. Players who have a Royal Flush, Straight Flush, or Four of a Kind while playing Seven Card Stud and Hold’Em will receive a “bonus” payout. Participants must be a B Connected member to be eligible. This promotion will run through Aug. 31.

Players must be playing a live Hold’Em or Seven Card Stud game with the following criteria: The game must not have a reduced bonus rake. There must be a minimum of $10 dollars in the pot. There must be a minimum of four active players dealt into the hand. The payment is as follows: High Hands listed on the board from $25 to $100 will be doubled, ones from $101 to $199 will be increased to $200, those $200 or more will be paid the listed amount. All Sam’s Town High Hand rules and poker room rules will apply.

Texas Station

There will be video poker tournaments from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays in July. The first entry is free for all Boarding Pass members. Earn 50 base points for one additional entry and play up to three additional rounds for every 50 points earned. There will be 25 winners each week and winners have 24 hours to claim their prize at the casino cage.

Boulder

Players have until June 30 to qualify for a $10,000 No Limit Omaha Freeroll Tournament. The tournament will be held on July 10. See the poker room for complete details.
