Golden Casino Group, a division of Golden Entertainment, Inc. recently announced a rebranding of its player and retail rewards system for its properties in Pahrump, Nevada that affect the Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino, Gold Town Casino and Lakeside Casino & RV Park.

Gold Mine Rewards is a brand new player and retail rewards system and technology. It features a one-card solution enabling all guests (gaming and retail) to earn rewards across all three Pahrump properties. Dubbed “3 Casinos | 3X the Rewards,” the program includes new and easier to achieve club tiers plus floor-wide community bonuses.

Golden Entertainment’s properties include more than 1,000 slot and video poker machines, Pahrump’s only table games, live poker and five restaurants. Points can now be earned and redeemed in all three properties using a single card.

Guests, who are currently enrolled in Club Nugget or G Club members, will not lose any points during the transition to the new system. All applicable earned points and comp dollars will be transferred over.

The new system now rewards players as follows: Every $2 coin in on video poker and keno equals 1 point and every $1 coin in on slot and video reels is worth 1 point; 300 points equals $1 in free slot play. Comp dollars are earned in a separate “spending bucket” rather than points, which can be used at the restaurants and retail outlets.

Guests also now have the capability to earn comp dollars for retail purchases. All new members have a chance to win up to $500 in free slot play when you sign up. The new tier levels (all offering increased benefits) are:

• Ruby, 0-499 base points;

• Sapphire, 500-9,999;

• Emerald, 10,000-39,999;

• Gold, 40,000-74,999;

• Diamond, 75,000 or greater.

Qualifying periods are January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December. A brochure outlining the tier benefits is available at any of the three club booths.

New promotions include:

• The Locomotive Luck Progressive – a floor wide lotto theme where players that match five numbers can win up to $10,000.

• 2x comp dollars on Tuesdays while playing with your Gold Mine Rewards card.

• Prospector bonus instantly available on the floor at the slot machines on the card reader in an image. Pick an icon and win free play, comps; dollars or points automatically awarded to your account.

According to general manager Jeremy Jenson, bingo continues to surge in popularity among all age groups. He added that the time was right to remodel and improve the bingo rooms at both the Nugget and Gold Town.

“We’ve been working hard on our new player and retail rewards system, making changes to benefit all of our guests,” Jenson said. “Along with the remodeled bingo rooms, and the new dining concepts at Gold Town, our company continues to invest in all three Pahrump properties to benefit the local guests and visitors alike.”

The Bingo Vault in the Nugget and Bingo Barn at the Gold Town both feature new game technology and player-friendly programs. Bingo Vault features an enclosed smoking section and non-smoking area, while Bingo Barn is a non-smoking room.

At the Gold Town, dining options will include remodeled and new concepts coming this spring. The casino’s Calico Café & Buffet will be transformed into new two outlets – the Back Porch Café, featuring all-American fare in a coffee shop-style eatery, and Slices & Scoops, a rustic Italian pizza and ice cream shop.
