Laughlin, Nevada is located about 90 miles south of Las Vegas and sits on the beautiful Colorado River. The town is famous for boating, water sports, getaway vacations and of course gambling on the river!

American Casino Entertainment Properties (ACEP) owns and operates the Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin, The Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower, Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder in Las Vegas. All four properties utilize one conveniently linked slot club card known as acePLAY.

Aquarius offers guests over 2,000 rooms and suites, six restaurants including an Outback Steakhouse, Windows on the River Buffet, a food court, a 3,300 seat amphitheater, a 57,000 square foot casino of gaming action featuring over 1,200 slots, video poker and video keno games.

The casino offers many popular penny game video titles like Willy Wonka, Sphinx 3D and Titan 360, single-line and multi-level video poker progressives, and reel-spinning progressives from one cent to the High Limit room with $1 to $25 domination machines. They offer 33 tables with limits as low as $5, including single deck and double deck blackjack, roulette, Emperor’s Challenge Pai Gow poker, Three Card poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, craps and more.

The acePLAY club features four distinct tier levels. All players begin at Blue Card and can move up through casino play to Orange, Green and finally the top-level Red Card. Slot players earn one point for every dollar wagered and video poker players earn one point when wagering $2-$8 based on the machine type and denomination. (Many ACEP video poker games can offer high returns of even over 100% with expert play; thus it takes more coin-in to earn a point on those machines.)

With acePLAY, comp dollars are worth twice the value of taking cashback. Three hundred points equals $1 in comps when used for restaurants, bars, shows and gift shops. Five hundred points will get you $1 in free slot play or 600 points will get you $1 in cashback.

A nice feature of acePLAY is taking your earned points in freeplay will net you more than taking it in cash. As an example, if you have 30,000 points that equates to $50 in cash or $60 in freeplay. If you are a regular player and going to play anyway, the better deal is taking the freeplay.

Points are also earned when playing live keno (and bingo at Charlie’s locations only) and on table games. race and sports players strictly earn comps only.

Starting out at Blue, players are receiving single points, but moving up to Orange will get 2x points every time you play. Green level receives triple points and Red level players receive 4x points. Tier levels are reviewed every four months for locals and every 12 months for non-locals. To reach a new tier level, the following criteria must be met:

• 10 Tier Credits to reach Orange

• 100 Tier Credits to reach Green

• 250 Tier Credits to Reach Red

How to achieve a Tier Credit is a bit of an “unknown” factor. Tier Credits are earned based on average bet, game type and average length of play with an “accelerator” based on average daily play.

At the Red and Green levels, players will see increased benefits including a dividend (bonus points added to your account that can be used for cash, slot play or comps) based upon past play at the time of the evaluation. Benefits may vary slightly from property to property based on their individual amenities. A brochure is available at any acePLAY Center with more club details.

Upcoming concerts at Aquarius include country artists Brad Paisley on Saturday, June 18, and Hank Williams, Jr. on Saturday, Sept. 24. For more information about concerts and events at Aquarius, visit: www.aquariuscasinoresort.com
