VIP Denny the Dog | Did you happen to see Cam Newton’s post-game interview after the Panthers’ big win over the Cardinals? What an outfit! I thought maybe Newton had purchased a horse and won the Kentucky Derby. But then I realized it was just Cam crying about the officiating. He wasn’t talking about horses at all, rather a lot about horse crap.

VIP Denny the Dog | What do IK Enemkpali and Matt Judon have in common? Well, they both took Geno Smith out from under center and put him on the sideline. IK socked Geno, Judon sacked him.

VIP Denny the Dog | You have to have a public opinion and a private opinion. So says Hillary Clinton and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Publicly it’s, “Tony Romo is our number 1 QB.” Privately, I’ll bet money it’s, “Can you believe we hit the jackpot in the fourth round with Dak Prescott?”

VIP Denny the Dog | The first four games are in the books. One-fourth of the entire regular season is finished. The Patriots didn’t fall apart without Tom Brady and still lead the AFC East. The Texans lead a weak AFC South by two games even though they haven’t played really well. The AFC North is a dog fight as usual.
