Best Bites | Ramen Hashi located at 5808 Spring Mountain Road. As you can tell, it’s a ramen restaurant and that’s all they do – but they do it so well. To be honest, it’s so good I wasn’t going to share this one, as it’s not a big place – just one long counter that faces right into the open kitchen so you can watch your meal being prepared.
