NFL turning into an Under league

NFL turning into an Under league

Inside The Lines | In last week’s column, I mentioned the Under surge last Sunday in the NFL and we saw more lower scoring games again take place in Week 2. Unders were 10-4-1 in Week 1 and for the season it is now 19-9-2.

NFL Inside The Lines | The predominant theme for me coming out of the first Sunday of NFL action was the lower scoring nature of Week 1 and some absolutely horrendous QB and offensive line play seemingly across the board.

Inside The Lines | The NFC North likely will go through the Green Bay Packers who are currently lined at -200 to win the division. Minnesota at +365, Detroit at +625 and Chicago at +2250 all sit far behind in the futures market to take the North crown.

Inside the Lines | The Dallas Cowboys are currently favored to win the NFC East but behind them lies plenty of uncertainty about the other teams inside this division. My main target in this division from a futures perspective is the Philadelphia Eagles.

Inside The Lines | My weekly NFL preview takes a trip to the AFC West this week where the Oakland Raiders are favored to win the division followed by Kansas City, the LA Chargers and Denver, in that order.
