Steelers -5.5 at Browns: It’s like deja vu all over again for Cleveland and Pittsburgh. The Browns opened at home last year with the Steelers and only lost by 3. New GM John Dorsey has improved this roster by leaps and bounds. Now it’s up to Hue Jackson to prove he can win a half dozen games or so to keep his job. BROWNS
49ers +6 at Vikings: Several insiders feel the Vikes will drop off from last year, simply because they have a new offensive coordinator and 13 regular season wins to live up to. I’m not looking for the Vikes to drop off much at all with Kirk Cousins under center. I think the Niners are over-hyped with Jimmy G. sitting at 7-0 as an NFL starter. The loss of Jerick McKinnon is a big one. Garappolo is very good, but the Vikings’ D is better! VIKINGS
Bengals +3 at Colts: Andrew Luck is back. But the big question remaining is will the offensive line have his back! I’m betting on Andy Dalton’s protection over Luck’s blockers. BENGALS
