Trainer Gary Sherlock drops No. 1 Self Insured from 20k to 10k and he hits at around 33% when dropping a horse down two classes. No. 2 Skippy Due won like a good thing first off the claim and Rosario sticks, No. 6 Conga Rock is wheeled back by Cash Asmussen in just five days. 1-2-6

We will take our shot and single No. 7 First Queen in the late pick four, she looks to be sitting on a win and the price will be a good one. 7

No. 2 Tiger Trysts is a live first time starter whose dam has dropped two winners from two starters and she has a nice 4 furlong work here at Del Mar one July 25th. No. 9 Not In This Life comes to town for trainer Jeff Bonde who is real good with young horses and jockey Bejarano says he will take the mount. 2-9

Race 7

No. 2 Grace Upon Grace won going 5 ½ furlongs on the green and this 5 furlong turf sprint will be right up his alley. No. 6 Quick Enough has hit the board in all five of his turf starts, No. 7 Brenthurst has the underrated Johnny Gihua who has won two of four rides here at Del Mar riding for trainer Julio Canani first off the claim. 2-6-7

Race 8

No. 1 Certainly Certain got nosed in his last start on the course, No. 3 Elessar looks live off the short layoff and now lands in the Kathy Walsh barn, No. 6 Gibson Home Run is a live first time starter who attracts Pat V and he is real good when riding young horses. 1-3-6
