Recognizing the growth of Internet gambling worldwide, the American Gaming Association and Reed Exhibitions have announced a partnership agreement of their Global Gaming Expo (G2E) with iGaming Business’ Super Show.

With this cross-promotional opportunity, the partnership announced, "these two giants of the gaming world hope to be able to reach distinctive audiences both from the world of online and offline gaming in order to increase reach and relevance for their audience."

In making the joint announcement, Alex Pratt, head of iGaming Business, stated, "G2E is the largest gambling conference worldwide and we look forward to working together to educate and increase awareness of the gambling industry as a whole in a productive and positive way."

Last November, nearly 25,000 people attended the flagship G2E event at the Las Vegas Convention Center, providing gaming professionals with access to cutting edge products and technology, valuable networking opportunities and unmatched educational programming.

Frank Fahrenkopf, Jr., president and CEO of the American Gaming Association, remarked, "Internet gambling continues to draw significant interest and debate, within both the U.S. and global gaming industries. This partnership between iGaming Business and G2E will provide both Internet and land-based casino operators with the information and insights to gain a better understanding of how this sector will shape the future of our industry."

The Super Show will be held May 25-26 in Dublin while G2E 2011 is set to be held at the Sands Expo, Las Vegas, in October.
