Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. (PNK) plans to spend $200 million in rebuilding old River Downs in Cincinnati, Ohio, into a newer facility. Beginning next year, the company plans to demolish the existing grandstand and clubhouse and replace them with a new master-planned building that will provide a wider range of entertainment options.
Originally, the project was to be completed in multiple stages. That has been scrapped in favor of “a single phase” development.
The new facility is expected to be completed in the first half of 2014.
