The American Gaming Association has warned casinos to be careful of the way they advertise online.
In a revised code of conduct, the AGA expanded the “responsible advertising section” to include social media and Internet promotions.
Among other things, the code demands casinos refrain from advertising to children and from appearing to guarantee success. It also states advertisements should include a toll-free help line and stick to accepted standards of good taste.
