Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh has been fined $100,000 by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
The board said the fine covers three areas: poor internal controls, table game errors and the sending of promotional materials to people who asked not to receive them.
Casino management agreed to the fines and said they have introduced new internal procedures to help prevent reoccurrences.
