Gaming companies continue linking with Europe

American gaming companies continue to combine their expertise with that of European companies in order to expand their businesses. Monday morning, two major gaming manufacturers announced relationships with companies in the United Kingdom.

International Game Technology (IGT) said it was partnering with the sports wagering and gaming company called Betsson. The move, said the company, will permit Betsson, which operates out of Malta, to significantly increase its online and mobile offering by its integration with IGT’s remote game server.

Bally Technoligies Inc. (BYI) announced that it had arranged to make its online slot games available in the U.K. via the company called Mr. Green.

As a result of the arrangement, Mr. Green will be “one of the first ones to offer Bally’s games to its customers online,” said Mr. Green chief product officer Markus Aurala.

“Partnering with Mr. Green,” said Bally Tech Managing Director Michael Probert, makes perfect sense as Bally continues to take steps into the global online casino business.”
