Fueled by gains from table game activity, gross gaming revenues continues to increase in Pennsylvania.
According to a report from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, table game revenue in May was up 13.6% to $72.7 million.
Showing major increases were The Meadows Racetrack and Casino, up 52 percent, and Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem, with a jump to 27 percent.
The board said that Presque Isle Downs Casino in Erie and Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh were hampered by increased competition from Ohio casinos and saw their results decline.
