Underage visitors to Ohio’s four casinos have been a concern of the state’s gaming regulators who viewed the initial restrictions to be inadequate.
When the gaming law was passed, it required that underage people have escorts when they enter the casinos’ floor.
Now, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper, the Ohio Casino Control Commission has voted that anywhere inside the casino will be considered the casino floor, thus requiring that young people be escorted from the moment they enter the building.
