NLRB slaps Trump hotel with complaint

Donald Trump’s Las Vegas hotel has been slapped with a National Labor Relations Board complaint alleging it went beyond the law by promising preferential treatment to employees who voted against representation by Culinary Local 226.

The complaint was issued in advance of an April hearing on the local’s efforts to organize workers at the Trump International Hotel.

The complaint alleges, among other things, that the hotel “has been interfering with, restraining and coercing workers” exercising rights guaranteed by law.
