Graton Resort readies new hotel

Reservations are being taken for the 200-room hotel that is due to open in California’s wine country at the Graton Resort & Casino about Nov. 15.
Station Casinos of Las Vegas is operating the $175 million project that will have 200 rooms. It started taking reservations about a month ago and already has “hundreds,” according to General Manager Joe Hasson.
Since its 2013 opening the casino, which is owned by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria has partnered with local hotels for lodging for its guests.
The hotel is located on the south side of the casino outside Rohnert Park, Calif., and will feature a 10,000-square-foot spa, a fitness center and outdoor pool. Guest rooms will range in size from 500 to 2,600 square feet.
