NBA stalwart and college and professional Hall of Famer Earvin “Magic” Johnson will deliver a keynote address and give his views on nationalized sports wagering at next week’s Global Gaming Expo (G2E), presented by the American Gaming Association (AGA) and Reed Exhibitions.
In his Thursday morning talk to attendees, Johnson will share how he successfully transitioned from extraordinary athlete to business executive.
Johnson’s speech will be followed by a 15-minute conversation with AGA president and CEO Geoff Freeman covering his views on the future of sports betting and the possibilities of it being accepted into the mainstream sports industry.
“Magic Johnson’s experience on and off the court has helped shape his successful business career,” said Freeman. I look forward to talking with him about the future of sports betting.”
Johnson is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Magic Johnson Enterprises, an investment conglomerate valued at an estimated $1 billion dollars.
