MGM Springfield, the $960 million casino/resort in Massachusetts is now accepting reservations for its rooms and suites. The casino, located along Main Street in the downtown-South End area of the historic Western Massachusetts city, opens Aug. 24. The casino/resort has 252 rooms including 16 suites with nightly rates beginning at $219. Room rates do not include a $20.00 per room resort fee, now customary at Las Vegas casino/resorts.
