The Nevada Gaming Commission is expected to decide this week whether to accept a $1.75 million offer from CG Technology to settle the company’s third disciplinary action in five years.
The proposed settlement from the sportsbook operator includes a $250,000 payment to the Nevada Council on Problem Gambling, according to CDC Gaming Reports.
The latest complaints against CG Technology (previously called Cantor) included accepting mobile wagers from outside Nevada, miscalculating payouts and taking bets on outcomes that had already been determined.
CG was fined $5.5 million in 2014 and $1.5 million in 2016 for other infractions
