GMAC Bowl: Central Michigan -2 vs. Troy (total 63½): Central Michigan, the champion of the MAC for three of the last four years, is the conference’s last hope this season to win a bowl game. The MAC is 0-4, even though they came close a couple of times. Of course, the MAC has won only one bowl game in their last 16 tries, but who’s keeping track. Although the prelude to tomorrow’s BCS Championship game may seem like a weak opening act, these two teams should put on a great show tonight. Both teams feature prolific passing attacks that should keep the chains moving and the scoreboard lit up. Troy averages more than 330 yards a game to rank them fourth nationally among all FBS schools. But Central Michigan has something special in its passing attack, quarterback Dan LeFevour, who could be the best quarterback in the nation. LeVevour this season completed 71 percent of his passes and threw for 3,043 yards with 27 touchdowns and just six interceptions. For his career he’s completed 67 percent of his passes with a TD to INT ratio of 3:1, and an astounding pass efficiency rating of 154.0 (seventh best ever). Moreover, LeFevour has a gifted crew of receivers, let by Antonio Brown and Bryan Anderson. If that’s not enough, LeFevour is elusive in the pocket and can run with authority – he racked up 701 yards on the ground this season along with 14 touchdowns. If for no other reason, watching LeFevour in action is alone worthy of turning on tonight’s "under card" bowl game. Central Michigan -2 and OVER the total of 63½
