With the Winter Olympics in Beijing drawing to a close this weekend, Team USA’s medal opportunities are winding down as well. But 2022 Winter Olympics odds suggest the U.S. can snare a few medals during Thursday night’s NBC broadcast (Friday in China).

The Women’s Halfpipe in Freestyle Skiing kicks things off during the primetime broadcast for the East Coast, while Team USA meets Canada for the Men’s Curling bronze medal just after 1 a.m. ET.

Team USA has a shot at multiple medals in the Women’s 2-Woman Bobsled, with the first two heats beginning at 7 a.m. ET Friday. The final heats to determine the gold medal will be conducted Saturday morning in the U.S.

Eileen Gu Overwhelming Women’s Halfpipe Favorite

With three runs at each skier’s disposal, it’s hard to imagine China’s Eileen Gu not claiming the gold medal. If she avoids trouble in at least one of her runs, the sports betting market doesn’t see how she can fall short of gold.

Listed sixth on the oddsboard, Team USA’s Brita Sigourney will need a great run to land a medal.

Gu is a prohibitive favorite at DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, and PointsBet. She’s already won a gold medal (Big Air) and a silver (Slopestyle). Not only that, Gu hasn’t lost in the Halfpipe all season.

Even if Gu somehow winds up with only a silver or bronze tonight, she’ll still become the first action-sports athlete to win three medals at the same Olympics. Born in America, the 18-year-old elected to compete for China, her mother’s home country.

Gu says one of her goals is to gain attention for skiing in China, hoping to grow the sport internationally.

“My biggest goal is for some girl to be sitting at home watching freeskiing for the first time and thinking, ‘Maybe that could be me some day,’” Gu said, according to The Associated Press. “Maybe she sees someone who looks like her doing it and thinks, ‘Hey, I can do that, too.’”

Here are odds for Women’s Halfpipe gold in Beijing:

Eileen Gu (CHN)-650-400-500-667
Kelly Sildaru (EST)+650+600+600+650
Rachael Karker (CAN)+900+800+900+900
Zoe Atkin (GBR)+2500+2500+4000+2200
Cassie Sharp (CAN)+2500+2500+2500+2500
Brita Sigourney (USA)+3000+2500+2500+2600

Carly Margulies is the second member of Team USA competing in Women’s Halfpipe. She’s a large underdog, however, with odds sitting between +6600 to +10000.

2022 Winter Olympics Curling Odds

In Men’s Curling, Canada is favored at both BetMGM and BetRivers to beat Team USA to win the bronze medal.

At BetMGM, Canada is laying 1.5 (-125) to Team USA (-105). Canada is -200 on the moneyline, with Team USA +155.

BetRivers has Canada -1.5 (-125) and Team USA +1.5 (-112). Canada is -182 on the moneyline, with the U.S. at +145.

If you prefer an alternate spread, you can get Team USA +2.5 (-225) or Canada -2.5 (+160).

Team USA Has 2 Medal Chances in 2-Woman Bobsled

With the time difference between the U.S. and China, catching the 2-Woman Bobsled competition will be tough – but it will be re-aired on Friday. The same holds true Saturday if you’re sleeping in.

Kaillie Humphries is in the mix to win silver, while teammate Elana Meyers Taylor will surprise oddsmakers if she earns a medal.

Here are odds to win the 2-Women Bobsled:

Laura Nolte (GER)+175+170+150+175
Kim Kalicki (GER)+350+350+333+350
Kaillie Humphries (USA)+400+475350+300
Mariama Jamanka (GER)+500+400+450+550
Christine De Bruin (CAN)+900+800+1000+700
Elana Meyers Taylor (USA)+1000+1000+1200+1000

No matter what happens, Humphries and Meyers Taylor won’t be returning home empty-handed. Humphries won gold, and Meyers Taylor took silver in the Women’s Monobob in Beijing earlier this week.
