Anytime Touchdown Scorer Odds
Here, we have included the best available anytime touchdown scorer betting odds for Eagles vs. Chiefs from some of our favorite sports betting apps.
D’Andre Swift
The Eagles have one of, if not the most balanced team in the NFL. They are elite across the board on defense and have the best offensive line in football, a top-tier quarterback, and two of the best receivers in the game.
However, Kansas City’s secondary has been tremendous this entire season. They rank third in yards per pass (5.5), sixth in completion percentage (60.69%), and second in dropback success rate. While they do not get much pass rush, the Chiefs’ front seven is solid and should give Philadcelphia’s pass-pro some problems.
Philadelphia is a run-first team anyway, and they should stick to the game plan tonight, as Kansas City is terrible against the run, ranking 29th in yards per rush and allowing 112 rushing yards per game.
That is where D’Andre Swift comes into play. He will not be the only Eagle getting a steady stream of touches tonight, but since being traded to the defending NFC champions, he has been excellent. Swift leads the team in rushes (135) and puts up over 4.5 yards per rush. He also ranks in the top 20 in 20+ yard rushes and targets for a running back.
The biggest strength for the Eagles is their ability to extend drives on both third and fourth downs. Although Kansas City’s defense is much improved this season, they rank around league average in getting stops, primarily because of their run defense.
No matter what, look for Philadelphia to keep the ball on the ground tonight. Swift should continue to get a steady stream of carries and targets, which puts him in an excellent spot to cash an anytime touchdown scorer prop.
Travis Kelce
This is not really a hot take, but Travis Kelce is a touchdown-scoring machine, and of all nights, this is the perfect one to have some action on his touchdown-scoring odds.
Not only is this a primetime game, which Kelce has always dominated, but it is a Super Bowl rematch against his brother Jason Kelce, and a particular love interest’s parents will be in attendance, reportedly set to meet Kelce’s parents for the first time.
Yeah, this is a MASSIVE deal.
Anyway, Kelce just continues to be one of the most unstoppable pass-catchers in the NFL. He ranks 25th in the NFL in targets (72), and while his yards per catch are down to a career-low, he still averages over 70 receiving yards per game, and Kelce has four touchdowns in eight games played.
While the Eagles’ defense is still one of the best in football, they have struggled recently, especially against the pass. They rank 13th in yards per pass (6.4) and 20th in completion percentage (66%), and they also have trouble getting off the field on third downs, ranking 27th in 3D conversion rate (43%).
However, the biggest problem for Philadelphia tonight is how poorly they have covered tight ends this season. The Eagles are tied with the Jets for most touchdowns allowed to tight ends (3), and Philadelphia ranks 27th in opponents’ red zone touchdown rate (64%), where the Patrick Mahomes to Kelce combination has thrived for years.
At the end of the day, given the talent level of both defenses, I would not expect much scoring in this game. However, Kansas City will be able to move the ball downfield. If and when they reach the red zone, look for Kelce as the primary target.
Monday Night Football Anytime Touchdown Parlay Odds
If you are following our Monday Night Football anytime touchdown scorer picks, you can parlay them for a much bigger payout. The odds for each touchdown prop will differ depending on the sportsbook you use. However, with two plus-money player props, you should get an excellent number to bet on, no matter what.
Our MNF touchdown scorer props went 2-0 last week, which, if parlayed, paid out at a +479 price.
At FanDuel, you can parlay Swift (+155) and Kelce (-125) to score a touchdown tonight, and you will be given +322 odds. This means that a $100 bettor would be up $322 if both players cash a touchdown scorer prop.
