NFL Week 15 Anytime TD Scorer Props

Kareem Hunt

The Browns have had a ton of injuries this year, but none have felt more significant than losing Nick Chubb for the season back during Week 2. For the past few seasons, the Browns have had more success than anyone on the ground, and Chubb was a big part of that.

However, with no clear-cut RB1 on the roster, they have not been able to run the ball as effectively. They still rank first in carries per game, but the Browns also rank 20th in yards per rush. Luckily, Cleveland brought back Kareem Hunt after seemingly parting ways during the offseason, and he has been essential to this offense.

His seven rushing touchdowns this year are more than any previous season’s totals with Cleveland. While Hunt is a shell of his former self, especially in the passing game, where he only has 14 targets, he has become the Browns’ primary red zone back.

Hunt has 20 carries in the red zone, which leads the team. Although Jerome Ford has gotten the bulk of the snaps this season, Hunt has gotten a steady stream of touches throughout the season. The Bears’ defense is solid against the run, but they also have trouble getting off the field on third downs and rank last in red zone touchdown conversion rate.

If Joe Flacco can continue marching the Browns down the field, Hunt should be in a good spot to score as they reach the red area.

Cooper Kupp

The Washington Commanders are a mess, especially on defense. They rank last in scoring (30.4), points per play (0.481), yards per play (6.0), yards per pass (7.7), and they have given up the second most touchdowns to opposing receivers.

Based on their decisions at the trade deadline, it is clear Washington is completely committing to a complete rebuild. As a result, the roster is a little bare, especially in the secondary. Sure, trading away two top-edge rushers also hurts, but this secondary has been unable to stop anything all season.

This week, they have a complete mismatch with the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams are one of the top-scoring offenses in the NFL, and they rank in the league’s top half in yards per play, points per play, and yards per pass.

Although they are coming off a tough loss to Baltimore, the Rams have been the hottest offense in football lately. Over the last three games, they have scored 34.6 points per game, and Cooper Kupp has played a significant role in their success.

During this offensive explosion in Los Angeles, Kupp has 172 yards and two touchdowns on 17 catches. While he has not been the Rams’ primary target this season, the emergence of Puka Nacua has helped Kupp’s anytime TD scorer market to heal.

Over the last two seasons, it was hard to find plus-money on Kupp to score a touchdown. Now, after a few injuries, Kupp is getting a solid price to score against a horrendous Washington secondary. Honestly, any Rams skill player to score a touchdown is worth a look this week, but we are taking the value with Kupp.

Isaiah Likely

The second-year tight end has not really impressed throughout his career, but Isaiah Likely is starting to get more opportunities lately. He put up three touchdowns on 36 catches last season, which is a solid line of production for a guy sitting behind Mark Andrews.

Well, Andrews is hurt, meaning Likely is the starter for the rest of the way. Since Andrews’ injury a few weeks ago, Likely has put together back-to-back impressive performances. Over his last two games, Likely has nine catches for 123 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets.

Although he is not as good as Andrews, he has some big shoes to fill. Even though he has missed the last few games, Andrews still ranks toward the top of the league in tight-end targets, and he is usually one of Lamar Jackson’s favorite players to throw to.

Playing in Jacksonville is never easy, but the Jaguars have had some problems defending the pass, especially against tight ends. They have allowed 713 receiving yards and five touchdowns to tight ends this season, and they have struggled in the red zone, where Likely should thrive.

Jacksonville’s defense is not very good, and they have been even worse over the last few weeks. With how Jackson and the Ravens are moving the ball, they should have no trouble getting into the red zone. When they do, look for Likely to be the primary target.
