Despite what has felt like a bad season for the Steelers, they are 4-3, and they are 2-0 in the AFC North, which keeps them well in the hunt for a playoff spot. Meanwhile, the Titans’ season started poorly, and things have not gotten much better. However, rookie quarterback Will Levis made his first start last week and had an impressive debut, with four touchdowns and no turnovers in a win over Atlanta.

Anyway, let’s take a look at our best TNF anytime touchdown scorer picks for Titans vs. Steelers.

Titans vs. Steelers: Anytime Touchdown Scorer Props

Derrick Henry

The Steelers have been terrible against the run all season. They rank 27th in yards per rush, and they have allowed teams to gain over 100 yards in three of their last four games. Now, a large part of the Steelers’ decline in the front seven has to do with Cam Heyward‘s injury suffered at the beginning of the season. He has been activated by the Steelers for tonight, but we should expect some rust, and this defensive line still has not been great.

While Tennessee does not have the best offensive line in the NFL, they have been pretty solid in run-block situations, and of course, whenever you give the ball to Derrick Henry, good things are bound to happen.

This feels like a quiet season for King Henry, but he still has 526 yards rushing and is averaging 4.4 yards per carry. He has also been very active in the passing game, as he ranks fifth on the team in targets and receptions. However, with T.J. Watt lurking, it would probably be best that the Titans do not rely on Henry or Tyjae Spears to help out in the passing game.

Expect Tennessee to keep the ball on the ground tonight. Although Levis looked sharp in his first start, playing in Pittsburgh on Thursday Night against a Mike Tomlin-led team is not an ideal spot to let your incredibly raw rookie let it spin.

Instead, I trust the Titans to be able to move the ball downfield against a Steelers defense that is prone to allowing chunk plays and not getting off the field on third down. If and when they reach the red zone, that is where Henry can really take control of this game and find the end zone to cash an anytime touchdown scorer prop.

Diontae Johnson

Trying to find a touchdown scorer prop for this game is very difficult. First of all, both offenses absolutely suck, and secondly, we are dealing with a rookie quarterback making his second career start on one side and a below-average quarterback dealing with a rib injury on the other.

Luckily for the Titans, they have a ‘dude’ that you can fall back on because you know he will get his touches. For the Steelers, there is not really one player that stands out on offense. Sure, George Pickens is an incredible talent and could be one of the game’s best pass-catchers. However, his production is very hit-or-miss.

That is why we are going to take a shot with Diontae Johnson, who has not scored a touchdown since Jan. 3, 2022. Since returning from injury, Johnson has 20 targets in two games for 164 yards. He has only played three games this season, but Johnson ranks fourth on the team in targets, just behind Allen Robinson for third.

Johnson is also a great down-field threat, which is an added bonus against a leaky Titans defense. Tennessee’s defense ranks 27th in yards per pass, and a below-average pass rush certainly does not help. The Titans are much better against the run, and Pittsburgh does not run the ball that well behind a mediocre offensive line.

I trust Pittsburgh to be able to move the ball a little bit against this defense, and if Johnson is 100% healthy, he will certainly be put into positions to beat this secondary deep and cash a touchdown scorer ticket for the first time in two seasons.

Thursday Night Football Anytime Touchdown Scorer Parlay Odds

If you are following our Thursday Night Football anytime touchdown scorer picks, you can parlay them for a much bigger payout. The odds for each touchdown prop will differ depending on the sportsbook you use. However, with two plus-money player props, you should get a good number to bet on no matter what.

At FanDuel, you can parlay Henry (+155) and Johnson (+210) to score a touchdown tonight, and you will be given +592 odds. This means that a $100 bettor would be up $592 if both players score a touchdown.
