Dan Holmes, Sports Betting Writer at Gaming Today
Dan Holmes covers the sports betting industry and other gambling topics at Gaming Today. He also has weekly MLB content at MLive and founded a sports betting newsletter titled Odd Balls. He’s been writing gambling content since 2019 on anything from football to pickleball.
Holmes has more than 30 years of experience creating baseball content. He created “The Baseball Page,” eventually leading him to work as a web producer at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and MLB Advanced Media. He also wrote two books on baseball, and a third will be coming out in 2024, titled The Ballplayers: Baseball’s Greatest Players Remembered, Ranked, and Revealed.
Holmes’ favorite topics to cover include sports business and media, and the future of sports entertainment and betting. Dan currently resides in Michigan.
