Thanksgiving College Basketball Tournament Overview

Battle 4 Atlantis Preview

The Battle 4 Atlantis has an eight-team field. In addition to the No. 14 Tar Heels and Wolverines, the other teams in this tournament are Northern Iowa, Villanova, Texas Tech, Memphis, Arkansas, and Stanford. UNC is the highest-ranked team in Nassau, but Michigan, No. 20 Arkansas, and Memphis all entered the season with high expectations.

The Battle 4 Atlantis tips off with Northern Iowa vs. North Carolina at 12 p.m. Eastern on ESPN on Wednesday, followed by Texas Tech-Villanova at 2:30 p.m., Memphis-Michigan at 5 p.m. (ESPN2), and Stanford-Arkansas at 7:30 p.m. (ESPNU).

FanDuel sees a handful of teams as contenders to raise the Battle 4 Atlantis trophy: North Carolina (+330), Arkansas (+350), Villanova (+500), Memphis (+550), Texas Tech (+650), and Michigan (+650).

ESPN Events Invitational

This one tips off on Thursday in Kissimmee, Fla., with all eight participating teams in action on Day 1: Penn State-Texas A&M at noon, Florida Atlantic-Butler at 2:30 p.m., Iowa State-VCU at 5:30 p.m., and Boise State-Virginia Tech at 8 p.m.

The Vegas Showdown gets started Thursday night at 7 p.m. Eastern with NC State-Vanderbilt, followed by BYU-Arizona State at 9 p.m. This tournament wraps up on Friday with the third-place game tipping at 5 p.m. before the final starts at 7 p.m.
