Super Bowl LVI: Home Cooking for the Rams

Super Bowl LVI will played at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, the home of the Rams. This is the second consecutive year a team will be playing the Super Bowl in its home stadium.

The Bengals are seeking their first Super Bowl title, while the Rams won Super Bowl XXXIV in 2000, their only title in the post AFL/NFL merger era.

Many Louisianans will surely be backing the Bengals and Joe Burrow — who led LSU to a national championship in 2019-20 — on Super Bowl Sunday. Former Tigers wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase also stars for Cincinnati.

Best Louisiana Sports Betting Apps for Super Bowl Odds

As of Monday morning, following the conclusion of the AFC and NFC Championship Games, these are the early Super Bowl odds from Louisiana Sportsbooks:

Point Spreads

While some sportsbooks offered Rams -3.5 on Sunday night, by Monday morning, Rams -4 was the point spread across the betting market. FanDuel has -4 (-108), meaning Rams bettors can lay less juice than the standard -110.

Moneylines

With moneylines, a bettor has to pick the winner of the game to cash the ticket, regardless of the point spread. The Rams are listed as -190 favorites on multiple oddsboards, meaning a bettor has to risk $190 to win $100. The Bengals are as high as +166 on the FanDuel moneyline, meaning a winning $100 wager would earn a $166 profit.

Early ‘over’ bettors should head to either BetMGM or FanDuel for 49.5, while ‘under’ bettors can get a total of 50 at Caesars or 49.5 (-105) at DraftKings.
