Betting on MNF with BetMGM Sportsbook Bonus Code
This is where the bonus kicks in, so consider your deposit amount and wager carefully. There are two possible outcomes once you’ve placed your initial wager:
- If you lose, you’ll receive Bonus Bets equal to the amount of your losing wager.
- If you win, you get paid as normal (stake + winnings), and the bonus offer expires.
Talk about a win-win situation. The BetMGM bonus offer takes some of the edge off your initial bet, giving you insurance if you lose your initial wager. Say you place a $1,000 bet on the Dolphins () to cover the spread, and they fail to do so. You’d get $1,000 in Bonus Bets. Note that your first wager can be higher than $1,500, but you will only receive the maximum bonus amount of $1,500 if it loses.
You’re then free to place wagers using your Bonus Bets. Any winning wagers placed with Bonus Bets will only pay out winnings (not the original stake).
Week 14 Monday Night Football Betting Previews
The football gods have blessed us with not one, but two Monday Night Football games on Dec. 11. Let’s take a closer look.
Green Bay Packers () at New York Giants ()
The Packers — helmed by Jordan Love following the departure of franchise quarterback Aaron Rodgers — have ambled their way to a 6-6 record, and they’re now sitting one game behind the Vikings in the NFC North standings. The Giants (4-8) barely hold a lead over the 4-9 Washington Commanders. BetMGM considers the Packers to be fairly heavy favorites, leaving limited value in the Green Bay moneyline. The spread, however, is enticing, giving the Giants a -point advantage. Against similarly middle-of-the-road teams, the Giants have lost by small margins or managed victories. Give the Giants spread a look if you want a spicy bet for this MNF game.
Alternatively, player props might be a good look this week. In Week 13, the Packers surprised the Chiefs in a 27-19 victory. Jordan Love threw all three of Green Bay’s touchdowns and logged 267 yards. Look for Love to throw another this week against a mediocre Giants defense.
Packers vs. Giants Passing Touchdown Props (MNF)
Tennessee Titans () at Miami Dolphins ()
Talk about a mismatch. This is the Dolphins’ game to lose with mega-weapons Tyreek Hill, De’Von Achane, and Raheem Mostert in the arsenal. Last week, the Dolphins left the Commanders lost at sea, winning by 30 points. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa threw two touchdowns, both to Tyreek Hill. De’Von Achane astounded in the backfield with 17 carries for 73 yards and two additional touchdowns. The Dolphins have been a force to be reckoned with this year, and the Titans have been … playing football, I suppose.
The 4-8 Titans can’t find their footing this year, losing five of their last six games (the only win was a 28-23 victory over the Atlanta Falcons). Last week was enough to keep things close against the Colts in a 31-28 loss, but QB Will Levis couldn’t close the deal. Even star running back Derrick Henry wasn’t enough to bring home the victory despite scoring two touchdowns and 102 yards on the ground.
Predictably, BetMGM has the Dolphins’ moneyline odds set at -910 while the Titans counter at +600. Miami may be a smart bet even at -14 on the point spread, and that’s saying something. Just like the Packers-Giants game above, I’m inclined to seek out juicy prop bets for this game, particularly on the Dolphins. Tua and Co. should make it rain, so keep your eye out for MNF touchdown scorer bets to maximize your value. Achane and Hill are the best contenders, but Raheem Mostert might also have a solid week.
