According to The Day, State Sen. Cathy Osten, D-Sprague, and other members of the southeastern Connecticut legislative delegation announced Monday that they’ve submitted a proposed bill that would amend existing state laws to allow for online and in-person sports betting at Foxwoods Resort Casino and Mohegan Sun and authorize the Connecticut Lottery Corp. to operate online keno.
