No. 4 Mother Mother also ran to her hype winning by a widening six lengths for Baffert first out at odds on. No. 5 Bellafina won the Grade II Sorrento last out.

2yo maidens go 6-1/2 furlongs. No. 1 Striking a Pose is a very live Peter Miller first time starter out of the dam Striking Scholar who has dropped 3 winners from 3 starters. No. 8 Much Better is a Baffert first times who cost $600k, Van Dyke his new go to rider gets the leg up. 8**-1

Race 6

Optional $40k fillies and mares travel a mile on the grass. No. 2 Travieza could be the speed on the stretchout. No. 5 Miraculously drops to cash. No. 7 Wind Tartare gets her first start off the $40k Peter Miller claim and Van Dyke gets the call. 2-5-7

$16k claimers go 5-1/2 furlongs and we will go singling here using No. 8 Johnny Strong first off the claim, he is in top form and should overwhelm these. 8***
