Joel Rosario who will be riding full time on the West Coast when Santa Anita opens gets on No. 4 Confidentially in this her second start off a good 3rd first out. No. 5 Spend Spend Spend just missed last out in just her second start. 3-4-5-1

Race 3

High priced optional claimers go five furlong on the grass. No. 1 Calculator gets back sprinting on the grass for Peter Miller and gets Flavien Prat back on. No. 5 Eddie Haskell is a course specialist with 4 wins and a second from five starts on this layout. 1-5


Race 4

$16k claimers go 5-1/2 furlongs. We will use two runners exiting our HTW list. No. 5 Powerful Thirst who is perfectly spotted off his maiden win when coming off our list last out and going off at 9/2 and No. 6 Placido on the drop off a trouble last race. 5-6

2yo maiden fillies travel a mile on the grass. Florent Geroux is in town and will ride No. 1 Opus Won for Richard Baltas in this her second try going long on the grass. No. 3 Queen Ryker is in from Ireland and gets Drayden Van Dyke riding for Paddy Gallagher. David Cohen is back to where he got his first win, and he gets on No. 8 Lily Con for Baltas. No. 9 My Sweet Baboo has run back to back big efforts on the grass including a nice second here on Nov. 10th, she is the key runner in here. Joel Rosario gets on the Neil Drysdale trained No. 10 Hello Bubbles off a big time second last out going down the hill. 9**-1-3-9-10

Race 6

Starter allowance fillies and mares go seven furlongs. No. 1 Sauce On Side has run second in her last four starts but now Joel Rosario gets on for Peter Miller off a bullet last work. No. 2 Mongolian Humor just won this race last out at Santa Anita going a mile. No. 8 Vallestina is the price play first off the Anna Meah claim. 


Race 7


The big guns have come to town looking to win this race. Christophe Clement has No. 1 Have It All who was second last out at Santa Anita in the Grade II Twilight Derby at this distance on the grass. Chad Brown sends out No. 6 Raging Bull with Joel Rosario and No. 7 Instilled Regard with Florent Geroux up. No. 4 River Boyne likes it here and he is off a big win in the Twilight Derby. 1-6-7-4

Race 8

2yo maidens go six furlongs. No. 1 Nolo Contesto has a big last work for his first start for John Sadler. Bob Baffert who wins all of these races sends out first time starter No. 2 Green Fleet and first time starter No. 4 Kingly who looks best of the two as he cost $300k and is out of the dam Justwhistledixie who has dropped 3 winners from 3 starters with two of them stakes winners. No. 8 Stretford End has finished second in both of his starts, Flavien Prat will try again. 4**-8-1

Race 9

Optional $20k fillies and mares travel a mile on the grass. No. 1 Marjorie E has won 2 of her 4 starts on this turf course. No. 3 Drop the Mic won first out going down the hill, and will like the longer trip today. No. 5 Quinnie exits out HTW list off a nice win last out at this mile turf distance. No. 11 Super Patriot is on a win every other race pattern and this is her win race. 1-11-5-3
