No. 2 Belisarius also has his claimer price hacked in half and he gets the big girl Laura Werner carrying a feather. No. 7 Roman Tizzy gets his second start off the layoff and fits with this crew. No. 8 Tisdale is in good form and gets Roman riding for Hess off a big last work. 1-2-7-8

Race 3

Starter allowance runners go 1-1/16 on the grass. No. 1 Wood Machine has been meeting better and will wake up with these. No. 4 Chris and Dave has good early speed and owns a win here on the grass. No. 7 I’malreadythere was claimed for $25k last out and now it’s a good sign he is in this claim proof spot l9ooking for his 3rd straight win and Prat sticks. 1-4-7

Race 4

$16k claimers go 5-1/2 furlongs. No. 1 Getoffmyback gets a turn back in distance and Prat riding for Peter Miller. No. 5 True Ranger has never been off the board here in four starts. No. 7 Have Some Pride just broke his maiden at Los Al when bet down to .50 cents on the dollar and looks perfectly spotted.

Optional $40k fillies and mare claimers go a mile on the grass. No. 5 Mai Tai is always there and won at this mile turf distance one race back and Kent D gets back on for Hess. No. 6 G Q Covergirl gets on the grass and goes long both for the first time for top connections. 5-6

THE $200K GRADE II SORRENTO AT 6-1/2 FURLONGS FOR 2YO FILLIES

No. 1 Surrender Now destroyed a group of 2yo fillies in the Landaluce last out at 3/2, bet her to cash. Mike Smith and Baffert hook up with No. 6 Diamondsandpearls who just broke her maiden going away when .50 cents on the dollar. 1-6

Race 7

2yo maidens go 6-1/2 furlongs. No. 7 Bank Walker never got untracked in his first start when going off as the 5/2 favorite vs. $80k claimers, now he is in this straight maiden race, look for better. No. 9 So Long Sailor looks very live first out of the box as does No. 8 Impeachableoffense. 7-8-9

THE $200K GRADE II YELLOW RIBBON AT 1-1/16 ON THE GRASS FOR FILLIES AND MARES

Big race Mike Smith sticks with No. 6 Pretty Girl for low profile trainer Paulo Lobo. No. 7 Cambodia is in for Tom Proctor looking for some big time ship and win bucks, she worked a bullet here on the 27th and his go to rider Van Dyke gets the call. No. 8 Avenge is the speed and is a perfect 2 for 2 here at Del Mar on the grass. 8**-7*-6

Race 9

Optional $62,500 runners go a flat mile on the dirt. No. 4 Avanti Bello likes this track and gets his second off the layoff and Roman riding for O’Neill. No. 5 Coastline gets some class relief and has been looking for a spot. 4-5

Race 10

$62,500 maiden 3yo go a mile on the grass. Love it when Kent D sticks around for the last race and he jumps on No. 3 Tastemaker off a good second last out on the grass. No. 5 Captain Ron gets a major rider upgrade. No. 1 Kinematico drops a notch and is in good form. 1-3-5
