DEL MAR

Race 1

No. 5 Bridal Arch is a very interesting Golden Gate shipper, this filly is 0-7 but drops in with maiden claimers for the first-time and Bejarano says he will ride, the filly to beat will be albeit the short priced No. 7 Christmas Carol who gets off the grass, drops in class and gets back to a sprint. 7***-5

Race 2

Baltas will try and take down the early double with No. 1 Dream Police off a good race on the track here on the 19th of July. No. 4 Radio Silent gets his first start off the Hess claim and his go to rider Kent D will ride. No. 6 Real Big Deal takes a big class drop and gets Roman, he won in his only start here. 1-4-6

Race 3

$50k maiden 2yo go a flat mile on the dirt. No. 3 Ima Take Charge looks to have found a wake up spot Keith Desormeaux as he drops this guy in for a tag and his brother Kent gets the call, Peter Miller sends out two runners but the one we prefer is No. 9 Davka who drops and gets off the grass and Roman gets on board today, look for the big turnaround. 3-9

Race 4

$20k 3yo fillies go six furlongs. No. 4 Dixie Chick Rocks gets a big class drop and back to the spot of her big maiden score. No. 8 Love Winning comes off back-to-back wins and a huge win last out, she looks on the uptick and the filly to beat. 4-8

Race 5

Maidens go sprinting five furlongs on the grass. No. 1 Tina’s Exchange just missed in his last start down the hill at Santa Anita, he has finished second in all four of his starts, this could be the day. No. 3 Zipman is a first-timer for Baffert with Bejarano riding,  he has been working great for his debut race. No. 7 Mr. Vargas ships in from Gulfstream Park looking for some ship and win cash, he has big early speed and gets Roman riding for Brian Koriner and has been working a hole in the wind. 1-7-3

Race 6

$50k starter fillies and mares go six furlongs. No. 1 Candy Boss gets in this race off her last start for a $50k claiming race. No. 2 Lady Bellamy looks the main danger second off the layoff. 1-2

No. 4 Irish Dame gets a big class drop second off the $20k O’Neill  claim, he is looking to cut his losses.
