DEL MAR

Race 1

No. 3 Lakerzwin exits a good race last out which was her first start, she was a little green and now gets G Franco up, she will be hard to beat in this spot. No. 7 Jellybeankristine drops from three straight maiden races and will go good in this spot. 3**-7

Race 2

$20k maiden’s go 6-1/2 furlongs. No. 3 Latitude showed improved early speed when dropped to this level last out. No. 5 Street Zombie ran a good second when dropped to this level last out. No. 6 Rak City also ran a good second when dropped to this level last out. 3-5-6

Race 3

Optional $62,500 fillies and mares go five furlongs on the grass and our key runner in here is No. 1 Painting Corners whose last win came here at this distance on the grass, she will fall into a nice stalking trip and pounce turning for home. No. 3 A Little Bit Me has been running good going down the hill and may take to this course. No. 6 May Girl gets a turn back in distance, she ran her best races sprinting on the grass over the pond at this distance. 1**-3-6

Race 4

$25k fillies and mares travel 7 furlongs. No. 5 Lil Bit Dangerous gets off the grass and her one win came sprinting 6 furlongs on the dirt, she drops into a nice spot. No. 7 Robin’s Love also drops and is the speed of the speed. 5-7

Race 5

$16k 3yo go 5-1/2 furlongs and they will be winging it on the front end and that could set up a meltdown. We will use No. 4 Joejoe’s Kingdom who will be in back of the speed duel and look to make one big run with the bug boy Asa Espinoza up. No. 11 Don’t Stalk Me will be doing just that, he has shown he can rate a little. 4**-11

Race 6

Optional $80k 3yo travel 1-1/8 on the grass, we take notice when trainer Phil D’Amato runs two in the same race especially when it’s a turf race and he sends out No. 4 Andesh who is in from Ireland where he hit the board in all five of his starts and he also sends out No. 9 Soltero of a maiden score. No. 6 Inscom gets some class relief and the good turf jock Prat up for Simon Callaghan. 4-6-9

Race 7

Allowance 3yo fillies go 6-1/2 furlongs. No. 2 Show It N Moe It ran well here as a 2yo hitting the board in all three of her starts. No. 3 Moonshine Memories has been meeting much stronger, she has won 2 of her 3 races here and one of them was the Del Mar Debutante Grade 1, bet her to cash. No. 4 Treasuring is the stablemate of Moonshine Memories and gets Blanc back on today, he rode this filly in her one stateside win. 3**-4-2

Race 8

Calif. bred maiden fillies and mares travel a mile on the grass. No. 7 Has Angel Wings gets Kent D sticking around to ride for his buddy Hess on a filly who never ran a step in her debut race at Golden Gate, our question is why? No. 12 Oh Pretty Woman ran big in her one race going down the hill at Santa Anita when closing like a freight train after breaking slow, she looks the filly to beat. 12**-7?
