Santa Anita
Race 4
Maidens travel a mile on the grass. No. 8 BORDER TOWN gets his second start at the meet after shipping in from New York and moving from the barn of Chad Brown to Richard Mandella. He ran a great race here when losing the head bob at this level and turf distance last out. Prat sticks and he will be hard to beat today vs. many of the runners who he faced last out. We will bet him win and place and also play some exacta boxes using No. 2 Commanding Chief who was just a half length behind Border Town. No. 3 Muralist also exits the race and No. 4 On Easy Street who exits a key race and just may like the move to the grass. 8***-2-3-4
