Gaming Control Board Chairman Mark Lipparelli offered no clue about his plans for the future as he announced that he will leave his post by the end of the month, several months before his term expires.

Gov. Brian Sandoval is expected to announce a replacement in time for the three-member body’s October meeting. Lipparelli is barred from going to work for a Nevada licensee for two years, but the continuing global expansion of the gaming landscape leaves him no shortage of opportunities.
