GOLDEN GATE FIELDS

Race 1

We start this very light seven race card with a field of six $3,200 claimers going a mile. No. 4 Freddies Dream has found new life in his 8yo legs. He has a win and two seconds in his last three starts here. No. 5 Eddie and the King just missed by a head behind Freddie one race back and a nostril last out. It’s all Freddie and Eddie. 4-5

Race 2

We will use two runners exiting the same last race in this $4k claimer. No. 2 Tiz Indy is the speed who will try and turn the tables on No. 6 On Fire who caught him late one race back. 2-6

Race 3

No. 1 Sertar loves this track and moves up in class off the win and claim. We like the fact that the bug boy Jorge Velez who has won 3 of his 7 rides here gets on today for Andy Mathis. No. 4 Gain Ground takes a huge class drop as Robert Hess ships in and looks to dump him. No. 5 Shifty Dancer also ships in and could be the speed of the speed. 1-4-5

Race 4

No. 2 TIGERBEACH has traveled a lot of miles as he was at Tampa Bay last year and then shipped to Arlington Park and then to Indiana Grand and back to Florida to run at Gulfstream Park West and Gulfstream Park. After that he flew to Santa Anita and he still runs his race every time. He moves to the synthetic surface after doing most of his running on the grass but did run good on it at Arlington Park. Trainer William Morey has him spotted for the win.

WIN AND PLACE 2

Race 5

This is a very wide open $12,500 maiden claimer for 3yo fillies and we will need to go four deep. We will use No. 7 Moon Rocket on the drop, No. 8 Noumea who has hit the board in all three of her starts, No. 9 Miss Boisterous who is in from Santa Anita and the long shot firs time starter No. 10 Miss Swish who is out of the dam Miss Mystery who has dropped 7 winners from 7 starters. 7-8-9-10

KEY PLAY

4TH 2

5TH 7-8-9-10

Race 6

We will take a shot here and single No. 1 Speakers in the last pick four. She is in from Santa Anita for trainer Andrew Lerner and finds little to beat. She only needs to take to the synthetic surface to beat this crew. 1

Race 7

No. 4 Palermo Style is the one to beat here off his near miss last out at Santa Anita. No. 6 Minister’s Glory is also in from Santa Anita and just may like it here. 4-6
