Race 6 — #5 Universal Peace – Neil Drysdale trainee was coming off a little layoff and was let go at 22-1, he was chomping at the bit while pulling his jock out of the saddle in the early going, he looked to be making a big run but had to check off heels in midstretch, he then split horses and surged to pick up the place in what was a great try.

Race 1 — #5 Cashmere Mist – Was caught behind a wall of horses into the turn, she shifted out for room and made a wide rally and drew away late for a convincing win, she will repeat.

Race 7 — #10 Best of the Bunch – Was boxed from off the rail and behind the leaders on the second turn, she switched to the outside for running room once in the stretch and made a strong run and just drew away for an easy win, look for her to find a nice starter allowance race next time out.
