CHAMPAGNE CHARLEY, TRIBAL FIGHTER: These two exit the same mile turf race. Charlie ran second when coming home fast, while Fighter finished third despite trouble early on when being steadied between horses on the first turn. We see both of these coming back at Santa Anita on the grass and they could finish first and second the next time around.
RACE 6
No. 9 HE WILL: Was coming off a nice win on the grass going a mile and now was going 1-1/16. This 4yo colt won going away under a Mike Smith hand ride, winning his fifth race in 10 starts. He seems to be getting better and 3/1 today was a bargain. Look for the move up and another big run. $$$$$
