DEMONIC: There was a lot of hype for this 3yo colt who was making his debut as trainer John Sadler thinks he has it all. The longer he goes the better. We will follow as he could be any kind.

POSTER GIRL: Was bet like a good thing in this 6 ½ furlong downhill race, going off at 7/5, but got into stride late. This filly runs like she really wants to go long. If she shows up in a route next time out we will be heading to the betting window.

CHINESE PRAISE: Was getting his second start off the layoff and made a nice four wide run into the stretch, but the race was over by then. The runaway winner had streaked home down the lane by more than five lengths, but Chinese Praise kept running late to just miss the show dough by a neck. He will be ready for the money run next time out.

TOOMANYTOMATOES: This very consistent filly was being sent down the hill and got into the race way too late. Came fast to just miss the place money by a half a length. Trainer Doug O’Neill put up 50k for the claim and most likely will be sending this one long next time out.

BRANDING: This second time starter for trainer Thomas Proctor was coming off a layoff as was her jockey Gary Stevens. She steamed home and drew clear in what was a nice looking effort. Look for both rider and horse to comeback and repeat. Also look for Stevens to ride more Proctor live ones as Tom Proctor’s dad gave Gary his start.

DRIFT KING: Has been very unlucky of late and just did miss here by a nostril on the line. If able to find a race going down the hill where he can clear will be long gone. He remains in top form and is a must use in the exotics. $$$

GUILT TRIP: Just ran huge in the Grade 2 San Fernando despite a not perfect trip. Missed by a half length and will be very tough to beat next time out going long on the dirt wherever he shows up.

SWEET SWAP: Battled for the lead from the bell and looked done in the stretch, but somehow gained momentum again. Was coming back at them at the wire in a very sneaky good effort. Next time he gets the win. $$$$$

BRITE JUDY: Just had a horrible trip, but somehow got up for the place behind the 9/5 winner. This filly gets the job done next time out and will be a solid single. The price will be right.
