LOS AL/DEL MAR

CAMINO SONG: This was a real nice prep first off the layoff for this filly, who her connections thought enough of to run her in the Juvenile turf at Del Mar last year as a 2yo. She looks all grown up now and will be hard to beat in her second off the layoff going long on the grass at Del Mar. $$$

UNAPOLOGETIC: Was let go in the betting in the 1¼ turf route at 6/1 with Mike Smith riding. He stalked on the inside but had to be steadied off heels going into the first turn, costing him a position. Went between horses into the second turn and made a four wide run to win by a half-length in a real nice effort.

ALLABOUTACTION: Just went wire to wire in a $40K claimer and was acquired by Peter Miller who may have a race in mind for this gelding at Los Al. If so we will be singling.

IKE WALKER: This guy always gives his best and really didn’t get the best trip in this optional $40K claimer. Was claimed for the $40K by Jerry Hollendorfer, who also kept part ownership. We like that, and Jerry will have him spotted for a top effort next out.

ROCKIN READY: Ran a winning race going down the hill last out but got nailed on the line by a nostril. This filly will love the five furlong Del Mar turf course and we can’t wait to be betting on her. $$$

ORACLE OF OMAHA: We liked this colt on our gamingtoday.com daily picks. He got off at more than 8/1 only losing by a head. He will be a solid single next out but we won’t get 8/1 next time. $$$
