DEL MAR

MYTIGERSNOSISSY: Was coming off a long layoff but was bet like a good thing and he ran his heart out only to get caught on the line, no mistakes next time out as this one will go wire-to-wire.

THE UNUSUAL ONE: Was last seen running on Aug. 21 of ’08, he just looked fabulous on the track and he was taking money liked he looked. He ran head-to-head and nose-to-nose the entire 11/16 on the grass only to get nosed as one of three noses on the wire, it was a very tough loss.

LOST PROPHET: Was exiting our HTW list and won by more than eight lengths, trainer Mike Mitchell will place this one in a claim proof starter allowance race and she will air again.

CEE’S PRYME: We used this Carla Gaines first time starter as our single on this website and he won like a good thing being bet down for his 3-1 morning line to 7-5 at post. Look for the hot Carla Gaines to try this one sprinting on the grass in his next start, if so dig deep and run to the window. $$$$$

SPARROW: A first time starter out of the Wesley Ward barn was bet like a good thing but had to be steadied hard when crowded on the backstretch, she got going late splitting horses to get up for the show dough. The astute John Sadler who doesn’t claim many dipped in and claimed this girl for 32k, he will get a quick return on the investment.

PLEASURE SUNRISE: First time starter for trainer Donald Warren got squeezed at the start and lost all shot, she made a little late run splitting her field. Warren hits at a high rate with his second time starters and this girl will offer some great value next time out.

$$$$$

MORGANOUSKA: First time starter really wanted to run as he was just pulling jockey Joey Talamo out of the saddle but he was stuck down on the inside, he fought it out till the top of the lane and just got tired finishing a much better then looked fourth. This one will be a nice price next time out and worth a good lay down. $$$$$

JET BLUE GIRL: Ran super off the layoff despite being cut off at the start and then having to make a five wide run at the top of the lane she jetted home picking up the show, next time look for her in the winners’ circle.

BATTLE SCHOOL: Was exiting our HTW list but just had a horrible trip getting in tight on the backstretch when he looked ready to roll and then coming five wide into the stretch, we will keep him on our list for one more race.

ITS NOT UNUSUAL: Broke slow and inward in what was a very poor start for this first time starter, he got going late and made up some good ground and this one looks like a runner.
